In this class we will cover the four most common royal icing consistencies, how they feel in the bowl and what they are best used for. We will conclude the class with a little bit of decorating to see how our new knowledge transfers from the bowl to the piping bag and the cookie. This class is a perfect fit for those looking to improve their understanding of certain consistencies, as well as anyone new to the cookie decorating world that is looking to get a good grasp on making icing.
